In the finished tank of the filling equipment, the drug is filled into the reagent bottle under completely sterilized conditions. Storage tanks must be disinfected after each step of the process. The level gauge is subjected to a pressure of 2.5 bar and a temperature of 130 °C for at least half an hour during the autoclave process. Rapidly changing liquid levels are continuously monitored.
