Aluminum powder suspension is one of the intermediate products in the production of titanium sponge. Vanadium oxytrichloride was purified by adding aluminum powder as catalyst in the reactor. When the aluminum powder suspension is poured into the reactor, the liquid level will fluctuate sharply. In production, the liquid level of the reactor must be accurately measured and continuously monitored to ensure the smooth progress of the process.
