After the reaction of various raw materials of pigment chemical industry in diazotization reactor, they will enter the coupling reactor to synthesize azo dyes. The raw materials involved are hydrochloric acid, water, sodium nitrite and the raw materials required for diazotization reactions (such as aniline). Their mixture needs to be cooled with ice. The liquid level must remain stable during the reaction.
