The HCDAR-8X series products refer to frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar products operating in the frequency range of 76-81GHz,
supporting four-wire and two-wire applications. Multiple models have a maximum range of up to 120m and a blind zone of 8cm. Due to its higher
operating frequency and shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid applications. Through the method of transmitting and receiving
electromagnetic waves through a lens, it has unique advantages in high dust and harsh temperature environments (+1200℃). The 80G radar level
gauge emits linearly frequency-modulated pulse signals and captures the reflected signals that are blocked by the objects on its transmission path
during the emission process. After combining these two signals through a "mixer", a intermediate frequency signal (IF) is obtained. The IF signal is
processed and converted to obtain the required distance information. The HCDAR-8X radar level gauge can perform continuous measurement of
different material levels and is suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature, steam, high dust, and volatile gases. It is widely used in

In addition to the aforementioned performance, the radar level gauge also has advantages in handling signals under special conditions. Below are
specific details about the installation and testing difficulties of the radar in the train receiving tank at a certain steel plant in Shandong Province, along
with the optimization measures taken:
The on-site installation method is very unique. The level gauge is installed at a high position, fixed on the cross-brace of the steel structure of the train
receiving chute shed, extending about 60 cm, perpendicular to the discharge outlet of the train receiving chute in the material area.
The presence of a strong reflection plate above the actual material level, as well as the interference caused by the operation between the plate and the
installation position, has a significant impact on material level detection.
Optimization measures: 1) Process the original data using asymmetric window functions to suppress the grate plate signals and interference signals;
2) Employ the blind zone strategy to strictly control the interference between the grate plates and between the grate plates and the installation
position within the blind zone, avoiding the influence of the interference targets within the blind zone on the actual material change area.
2. In the empty storage state, false echoes, the types of materials during the feeding and discharging process, the feeding and discharging speeds,

Therefore, the radar needs to be able to promptly respond to the changes in the material level caused by the feeding and discharging process,

production rules and the situation of material inflow and outflow. The calculation results are controlled by information such as 'inflow and outflow
speed' to adjust the filtering parameters of the output results, achieving the adjustment of the speed and stability of the output values.
