Shandong Laiyang New Material Co., Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of chemical raw materials and chemical products. In early 2023, it cooperated closely with our company to purchase a complete set of systems integrating liquid level detection, on-site display, on-site valve control, PLC control, interlock alarm control, as well as load gauge data acquisition and interlock control. Due to the number of points and cost considerations, the entire system is realized through three areas and four groups of PLC local area networks.

The liquid level detection was realized by the HCDAR-80S frequency-modulated continuous wave radar level meter independently developed and produced by our company. The liquid level signals were output to the on-site digital display meter in the form of 4-20mA, and then the digital display meter output RS485 signals to the PLC programmable controller.
